91. הסמכות להקטין קנסות ולעכב מו״מ משפטי
יכולים הממונים, לפי הכרעת דעתם, להקטין את סכומו של כל קנס או כסף ענושים שעפ״י פקודה זו או לעכב או לסלק כל משפט שהוגש לשם גבייתו, וגם לאחר מתן פסק הדין רשאים הם להוסיף ולהמתיק את הקנס או את כסף הענושים או לותר עליהם לגמרי.
