19. מנהל מס הבולים
המנהל ממונה על הנהלת עניני מס הבולים והוא רשאי להרשות בכתב אדם אחר, אם דרך כלל ואם לענין מסויים או לאזור מסויים, לשמש בכל סמכות מסמכויותיו לפי חוק זה ולמלא כל תפקיד מתפקידיו; על הרשאה כאמור תפורסם הודעה ברשומות.
