21. הוראות מעבר
חוק זה לא יחול על מסמכים שנחתמו ובויילו כדין לפי פקודת מס הבולים, או שהוגשו לחוות דעתם של הממונים על מס בולים לפי סעיף 13 לאותה פקודה, לפני תחילתו של חוק זה, או שנחתמו לפני תחילתו של חוק זה ויהיו פטורים ממס לפי אותה פקודה.
