6. המס לפי השיעור הגבוה יותר
מסמך שלפי ההגדרים וההוראות שבתוספת א׳ ניתן לסווגו גם כמסמך חייב מס וגם כמסמך שאינו חייב מס, יהא חייב מס; ואם אפשר לסווגו באופן שיחולו עליו שיעורי מס שונים, יחול המס הגבוה יותר.
