6. הוראת מעבר
דירה שחוזה המכר לגביה נכרת ערב תחילתן של תקנות אלה וטרם הושלמה בנייתה או נמסרה החזקה בה לפי תקנות אלה, יחולו עליה התקנות המתבטלות.
