10. התייצבות הנאשם
נוכח בית הדין כי הנאשם הוזמן כהלכה ולא התייצב, רשאי בית הדין לקיים את הדיון בהעדרו, או לדחות את הדיון למועד אחר ולהטיל על הנאשם את הוצאות הדחיה.
