18. הגשת מסמכים
מסמך המובא כראיה רשאים להגישו לבית הדין שלא בדרך גביית עדות, ובלבד שהעתקו נמסר לבעל הדין השני וניתן לו לעיין במסמך, אם רצה בכך; כן רשאי בעל דין לעיין במסמך כל עוד נמשך בירור המשפט.
