20. בקשה לביטול השעיה
בקשה לביטול השעייתו של שופט, לפי סעיף 24 לחוק (ההוראה בקשר לבקשה לביטול השעייתו של שופט לא קיימת כיום), תוגש בכתב לנשיא על ידי השופט שהשעוהו או על ידי בא כוחו.
