2. היקף הטיפול הרפואי
נפגע יהיה זכאי לטיפול רפואי ככל שייקבע על ידי הרופא המטפל במישרין בנפגע מטעם שירות רפואי (להלן – הרופא המטפל), ובלבד שהחלמה ואספקת שיניים תותבות, משקפיים, מכשירי שמיעה ואבזרים אישיים אחרים יינתנו באישורו של רופא השירות.
