5. טיפול רפואי בחוץ־לארץ
קיבל נפגע טיפול רפואי בחוץ־לארץ בשל פגיעה בעבודה שאירעה בישראל, יהיה הוא זכאי להחזרת ההוצאות על ידי המוסד באמצעות השירות הרפואי שבטיפולו הוא נמצא אם השירות הרפואי אישר בכתב ומראש, ולאחר התייעצות במוסד, שאין אפשרות לקבל בישראל טיפול רפואי כפי שהנפגע זקוק לו ואת הצורך במתן טיפול רפואי כאמור במקום ובתנאים כפי שנקבעו באישור.
