18. ניהול פרוטוקול
ועדת הקלפי תנהל פרוטוקול על מהלך ההצבעה; הפרוטוקול יהיה בהתאם לטופס 12 שבתוספת לתקנות הבחירות לכנסת, בשינויים המחויבים, ותצורף לו רשימת המצביעים בקלפי; המזכיר ינהל את הפרוטוקול, וחברי ועדת הקלפי יחתמו עליו בתום ההצבעה.
