9. הכנת הקלפי
נוסף על האמור בתקנה 41 לתקנות הבחירות לכנסת, ביום ההצבעה תימצא על השולחן שלידו יושבים חברי ועדת הקלפי של קלפי ייעודית, מחיצה שקופה למניעת רסס כאמור בסעיף 8(1)(א); המחיצה תוצב כך שיהיה ניתן לזהות את הבוחר דרכה.
