3. תנאי קבלת הזמנה
תיקון: תש״ס, תשס״א, תשס״ד
כתנאי לקבלת העדפה יידרש מציע במסמכי המכרז, להצהיר כי ההצעה היא לענין טובין או שירותים מאזור קו העימות, מאזור א׳ או ב׳, לפי הענין, וכתנאי לקבלת ההזמנה יידרש להמציא אישור רואה חשבון על כך.
