4. עיכוב הליכים
(א)מונה מפשר, יודיע לו בית הדין את התקופה שקבע לעיכוב ההליכים שלפניו לפי סעיף 79ג(ה) לחוק בתי המשפט.
(ב)חלפה התקופה שקבע בית הדין לעיכוב ההליכים, ולא הגיעו בעלי הדין לידי הסדר פישור, יודיע המפשר לבית הדין אם בעלי הדין מסכימים להארכת התקופה ומהי תקופת ההארכה שלה הסכימו.
