3. מקום שיפוט אחר
הליך שאין לו מקום שיפוט מתאים לפי תקנות אלה או כל דין אחר, יוגש לבית הדין השרעי בירושלים, ואולם רשאי בית הדין השרעי בירושלים להורות אחרת, אם ראה שבנסיבות העניין יהיה הדיון בבית דין שרעי אחר נוח יותר לבעלי הדין.
