6. הוראות מעבר
הליך שבתחום סמכותו של בית הדין השרעי סח׳נין לפי תקנה 2(5) אשר הוגש לפני היום הקובע –
(1)אם הוגש לבית הדין השרעי עכו וטרם הסתיים הדיון בו, יידון ההליך בבית הדין השרעי סח׳נין מול אותו הקאדי שהחל לדון בהליך;
(2)אם הוגש לבית הדין השרעי נצרת וטרם החל הדיון בו, יידון בבית הדין השרעי סח׳נין.
