35. הופעה לפני רשויות ציבוריות
קאדי רשאי להופיע לפני ועדה של הכנסת או לפני רשות ציבורית אחרת אם קיבל לכך אישור מנשיא בית הדין השרעי לערעורים; הודעה בעניין תימסר למנהל בתי הדין השרעיים.
