הסדר ניתוק היחסים שהורתה עליו ועדת השניים ייחתם ביד הנבחר לכהונת קאדי ויישמר בתיקו האישי של הקאדי במעטפה סגורה וחתומה ביד מנהל בתי הדין השרעיים.
