1. הגדרות
תיקון: תשס״ח
בכללים אלה –
”שאלון“ – טופס שאלון למבקש שאושר על ידי ועדת המינויים על פי הצעת השר ונשיא בית הדין השרעי לערעורים;
”המזכיר“ – מי שהשר מינה לכהן בתפקיד מזכיר ועדת המינויים;
”השר“ – שר המשפטים;
”מבקש“ – מי שהביע רצונו להתמנות קאדי;
”מועמד“ – קאדי או מבקש שהשר, כל אחד מן הקאדים או שלושה חברי ועדת המינויים כאחד, הציעו מינויו לפי סעיף 5(ב) לחוק;
”קאדי“ – קאדי של בית הדין השרעי לערעורים או של בית דין שרעי אזורי.
