Section 8 of תקנות הספנות (הגבלת אחריותם של בעלי כלי שיט) (סדרי דין), התש״ל–1970, הפקדת סכום הקרן או ערובה.
8. הפקדת סכום הקרן או ערובה
(א)הרשה בית המשפט הקמת קרן הגבלה בסכום מסויים, יפקיד המבקש את הסכום האמור בקופת בית המשפט במועד שקבע בית המשפט ושלא יאוחר מתום 30 יום מיום ההרשאה, והוא רשאי להאריך את המועד לתקופה נוספת שלא תעלה על 15 יום.
(ב)בית המשפט רשאי להורות כי במקום הפקדת הסכום האמור תינתן ערובה מתאימה.
