3. דרישות לקבלת מינוי
תיקון: תשע״א, תשע״ב
לא יתמנה אדם למשרת כבאי אלא אם הוא ממלא אחר הדרישות הבאות:
(1)מלאו לו 18 שנה;
(2)הוא עמד בבדיקה רפואית לפי תקנה 5;
(3)הוא בעל רשיון נהיגה לפי תקנה 179 לתקנות התעבורה, תשכ״א–1961;
(4)(נמחקה);
(5)הוא עמד במכרז לפי תקנה 6 ובבחינה לפי תקנה 7;
(6)הוא עמד בתקופת נסיון לפי תקנה 11.
