12. מתן אישור התאמה על סמך הצהרה
(א)אישור התאמה על סמך הצהרה לפי סעיף 4י לפקודה יינתן לא יאוחר מ־3 ימי עבודה מיום הגשת הבקשה.
(ב)המנהל רשאי לבדוק בקשה לאישור התאמה בתוך פרק הזמן כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), ואם מצא כי הוגשה שלא כנדרש בניגוד לסעיף 4י(ד) לפקודה – לא ייתן למבקש אישור התאמה.
