8. הפסקת שירות מתנדב
יושב ראש רשות הכבאות, בהמלצת מפקד שירותי הכבאות, רשאי להפסיק שירותו של כבאי־מתנדב בהודעה בכתב של 48 שעות מראש, ולאחר שניתנה לו הזדמנות נאותה להשמיע את טענותיו.
