36. הודעה על התנגדות
תיקון: תשכ״ה, תש״ע, תשע״ד
ההודעה הנ״ל צריכה לכלול את נימוקי ההתנגדות אשר עליהם מתבססת התנגדות לרישום. אם מתנגדים לרישום מחמת שהסימן דומה לסימנים הרשומים כבר בפנקס, עליו לפרש את מספריהם של אותם הסימנים התאריכים שבהם נתפרסמו. להודעה האמורה יצורף העתק שהרשם יעביר למבקש.
