39. עדות לחזוק הבקשה
תיקון: תשכ״ה, תשע״ד
אם אין המתנגד מניח עדות, רואין אותו כאילו ויתר על התנגדותו, חוץ אם הורה הרושם אחרת, ואילו אם הניח עדותו, חייב המבקש, תוך חדשיים מיום הנחת העתקות התצהירים, להניח ברשות, בצורת תצהירים, את כל אותה העדות שיאבה להגיש לחיזוק בקשתו, ועליו למסור למתנגד העתקות מאותה עדות.
