תיקון: תשע״ד
שום צד לא יניח עדות נוספת אולם בכל הליך בפני הרושם, רשאי הרושם בכל זמן שהוא, אם ימצא זאת לנכון, ליתן למבקש או למתנגד רשות להגיש כל עדות בתנאים אשר יישרו בעיניו בין בענין ההוצאות ובין בענין אחר.
