44ג. סדר הטיעון כשיש הודאה בעובדות
תיקון: תשע״ד
מודה המבקש בעובדות שטען להן המתנגד וטוען כי על פי דין או מחמת עובדות נוספות שטען להן המבקש אין המתנגד זכאי לסעד המבוקש – יהיה המבקש הפותח, וסדר הטיעון יהיה בהיפוך לסדר האמור בתקנה 44ב.
