תיקון: תש״ע, תשע״ד
נקבעה חובה בתקנות אלה לפרסם מידע באתר האינטרנט, יפורסם המידע באתר האינטרנט של הרשות, שיהיה נגיש לכלל הציבור בלא תשלום; הפרסום באתר האינטרנט ייעשה באופן שיבטיח את אמינות המידע המתפרסם כאמור, את זמינותו, את יכולת האחזור שלו והפקת פלט ממנו.
