63ב. בחינת בקשה לרישום רשות
תיקון: תשכ״ה, תשע״ד
(א)הרשם יבחון את הבקשה שתקנה 63א דנה בה ואת המסמכים המצורפים לה ויודיע למבקש אם, לדעתו, ראויה הרשות לרישום.
(ב)לצורך הבחינה שתקנת משנה (א) דנה בה רשאי הרשם לדרוש כל חומר הדרוש לו, לדעתו, לבחינה, והצדדים ימציאו לרשם את החומר תוך שלושה חדשים מתאריך הדרישה.
