67. פרסום הבקשה
תיקון: תש״ט, תש״ע, תשע״ד
מקום שהוגשה בקשה לרישום ויתור או תזכורת ביחס לסימן מסחרי, הרי לפני שיתן את החלטתו בענין הבקשה, יפרסם הרושם את הבקשה באתר האינטרנט כדי לאפשר לכל אדם הרוצה לעשות כן, להגיש בכתב, בתוך חודש מיום הפרסום, את הנימוקים אשר על יסודם הוא דורש שלא להתיר למבקש לרשום ויתור זה או תזכורת זו.
