תיקון: תשכ״ה, תשע״ד, תשע״ה־2
בקשה לתיקון הפנקס או למחיקת סימן מסחרי מן הפנקס תפרט את עניינו של המבקש בסימן, את העובדות שעליהן מתבססת הבקשה ואת התיקון המבוקש, ותוגש בשני העתקים; העתק מן הבקשה ישלח הרשם לבעל הרשום.
