תיקון: תשע״ד
אפשר לתקן כל מסמך או שרטוט או כל תיאור אחר של סימן מסחרי, וכל פגם בפרוצדורה שלדעתו של הרושם אפשר לתקנו בלא להזיק לאינטרסים של כל אדם אפשר לתקנו אם הרושם מוצא לנכון ובאותם תנאים ובאותו האופן שימצא למתאים.
