תיקון: תשע״ד
כשנדרש הרושם, שלא לפי סעיף 28 מהפקודה, ליתן תעודה בנידון כל רישום, ענין או דבר שהוא רשאי לעשות עפ״י הפקודה או עפ״י כל תקנה מתקנות אלו, רשאי הוא ליתן את התעודה בקבלו בקשה בכתב, ולאחר תשלום המס הקבוע. אך בכל תעודת רישום שתנתן כך יש לציין אם מותר להשתמש בה במו״מ משפטי או לצורך קבלת רישום בחו״ל או לכל צורך אחר.
