תיקון: תשכ״ד
כל פסקי דין, צווי שחרור, כתבי מסירה לדין וצווים שנתנו ע״י בית המשפט השבטי ישאו עליהם את חותמת בית המשפט השבטי ויהיו חתומים ע״י חברי בית המשפט השבטי וגם ע״י קצין המחוז.
