4. ערעור נגד העברת משפט לבית משפט שבטי
תיקון: תש״ח
שוטר שאינו למטה מדרגת סגן־מפקח [במקור: סגן־אינספקטור] או כל אדם המוצא את עצמו מקופח ע״י העברת משפט לבית משפט שבטי, רשאי לערער נגד העברת אותו משפט בפני בית המשפט המחוזי של באר־שבע ועד שיוחלט על אותו ערעור לא יתברר המשפט.
