11. סמכות לדחות מועדים
שר האוצר, באישור ועדת הכספים של הכנסת, רשאי לדחות את היום הקובע האמור בסעיף 4(א) ואם עשה כן יידחו המועדים הנקובים בסעיף 5 בהתאם לכך.
