13. זכות קדימה לרכב בשירות הגא
הוראות תקנה 59 לתקנות התעבורה (סדרי תנועה), תשי״ג–1953, יחולו על רכב בשרות הגא כאילו היה רכב בטחון.
”רכב בשירות הגא“, לענין תקנה זו, הוא רכב הגא כשהוא נוסע בתפקיד, ופנס המותקן בחזיתו ומאחוריו מפיץ אור ירוק, או רכב כאמור המשמיע צלצול בפעמון.
