18. אי־מתן קדימות לתורם בשל מתן התרומה
בעת הפעלת שיקול דעת בעניינו של תורם, עובדי משרד הביטחון לא יתחשבו במתן התרומה והם ינהגו בענייניו של התורם כפי שהם נוהגים בכל עניין אחר שבא לפניהם; בין השאר, לא תינתן לעניינו של תורם קדימות בטיפול, הנובעת מעצם מתן התרומה.
