7. עיון בתנאים לגבי פרסום והעתקה
(א)היה העיון בחומר מותנה בתנאים לגבי השימוש בו, העתקתו, פרסומו, כולו או חלקו, או כל טיפול אחר בו על ידי מעיין, יודיע הגנז למעיין כי החומר הארכיוני נמסר לעיון בכפוף לתנאים ויפרטם.
(ב)אין במתן רשות העיון על ידי הגנז לפי תקנה זו כדי לפגוע בזכותו של אדם או כדי לגרוע מחובתו של אדם לפי כל דין אחר.
