15. הוראת מעבר
(א)עד לבחירתו של היושב ראש הראשון של המועצה הדתית מבין חבריה, ימנה השר לעניני דתות ליושב ראש המועצה שופט של בית משפט מחוזי בדימוס שאינו מבין חברי המועצה.
(ב)ליושב ראש המועצה הממונה כאמור יהיו כל הסמכויות של יושב ראש נבחר, והוא יחדל לכהן עם בחירתו של היושב ראש הראשון של המועצה הדתית.
