תיקון: תשכ״ז
הוראות ”סימן ב׳: מתן חזקה על פי תחרות“ שבפרק השלישי יחולו על מתן רשיון על פי תחרות, ובלבד שבכל מקום בו נאמר ”חזקה“ או ”חזקות“ יראו כאילו נאמר ”רשיון“ או ”רשיונות“, הכל לפי הענין, ובתקנות 24 ו־28, במקום המלים ”סעיף 27ב׳ [צ״ל: סעיף 27(ב)] לחוק“ יראו כאילו נאמר ”סעיף 17(ב) לחוק“.
