30. הדין כשנתבטלה הצעה
נתבטלה הצעה לפי תקנה 29(א), מותר לאשר הצעה אחרת לאותה חזקה, ויהיו נוהגים לפי הנוהג שנקבע בתקנות 27, 28 ו־29 עד שתינתן חזקה או שלא תישאר עוד שום הצעה לאישור.
