50. מבחן בקנה המקדח
אם בשעת קדיחה או השלמה של באר נמצא שיש הצדקה וטעם מעשי לערוך מבחן בקנה המקדח, רשאי המנהל לדרוש מאת בעל זכות הנפט לעשות מבחן כזה בכל אופק גיאולוגי ולהודיע מיד על התוצאות ולצרף דוגמאות מכל הנוזלים והגזים שנתקבלו.
