56. מניעת בזבוז
כל הפעולות הנעשות בתוקף החוק ייעשו בתשומת לב ראויה למניעת בזבוז ולשמירת אוצרותיה הטבעיים של המדינה, ולפי מנהגי השימור המקובלים במזרח התיכון.
