62. אמצעי שימור אחרים
תיקון: ס״ח תשל״ז, ס״ח תש״ן
המנהל רשאי, לאחר התייעצות עם המועצה, למסור לבעל זכות הנפט הודעה הדורשת ממנו לנקוט, במועד המתקבל על הדעת שיקבע בהודעה, כל פעולה אחרת שהיא נחוצה, מטעמים המתקבלים על הדעת, לשימור אוצרותיה הטבעיים של המדינה, או לחדול מכל פעולה הפוגעת לרעה בשימור כזה.
