64. דרישה לשמירת סודיות
כל אימת שבעל זכות נפט זכאי, לפי הסעיפים 22, 23, 37 או 50 לחוק, לדרוש שלא יגלו ברבים ידיעות מסויימות, יפרט, בשעת המצאתן או קבלתן של ידיעות, מה הן הידיעות שהוא מבקש לשמרן בסוד.
