69. אגרת העברת זכויות או שעבודן
תיקון: תשמ״ה, [הודעות], תשע״ו
(הנוסח שחל על זכויות נפט שהבקשות לגביהן הוגשו החל מיום 11.10.2016):
(א)אגרת רישום של העברה או שעבוד של זכות נפט, או של טובת הנאה שבה, תהיה בסכום של 43,500 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לשנת 2016).
(ב)אגרת רישום כאמור תשולם בעד הגשת כל בקשת רישום נפרדת, ותוגש בנפרד בידי כל בעל זכות או טובת הנאה שבה המבקש להעבירה או לשעבדה.
