30. בקשה לביטול החלטה שניתנה על־פי צד אחד
החליט בית־המשפט בנוגע לזכות במקרקעין על־פי צד אחד, רשאי בעל־דין, תוך שלושים יום מהיום שבו נמסרה לו הודעה בכתב על ההחלטה, להגיש לבית המשפט בקשה מנומקת בכתב ונתמכת בתצהיר לבטל את ההחלטה.
