1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”הרופא המוסמך“ – רופא שהוסמך לכך בפקודות הצבא לענין תקנות אלה;
”חייל“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 17א לחוק;
”פקודות הצבא“ – כמשמעותן בחוק.
