3. אמצעים והסדרים לעשיית הבדיקה
לקראת בדיקת דוד־קיטור בידי בודק־דוודים ובעת עשיית הבדיקה על ידו –
(1)יעמידו לרשות בודק הדוודים את כל האמצעים, ההסדרים והעזרה ויפעילו את דוד־הקיטור – הכל כפי שידרוש בודק הדוודים לשם עשיית בדיקה יסודית על המבחנים השונים הכרוכים בה;
(2)יספקו את כל הכלים, המכשירים והמכונות הדרושים לעשיית הבדיקה.
